Forgiveness and Your Health

It’s not always easy to love others who hurt you, and yes we have all suffered hurt in many ways and at various ages.  AGAPE love is the LOVE demonstrated in John 3:16. (For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life). God loved and forgave us enough to give His Son Jesus to die for all mankind.

Forgive

I’ve learned that when I choose to forgive someone who is not kind or has hurt me, I feel a sense of freedom to love and treat others right (on purpose).  I have also come to realize how much my un-forgiveness affected my health and overall attitude about life.  To be honest, you may not realize you’re harboring un-forgiveness or even hate for someone until something happens to bring the incident to your remembrance.  Forgiveness is a choice.  Forgive and begin your journey to maximizing your potential in every area of your life!

Remember, there are and will be many times in life when we will want and need love and forgiveness.  So, sow seeds of kindness, love, tolerance and forgiveness today and walk in Divine Freedom, Health and Wholeness!

God bless you!
