God is not thrown off or hindered by your failures. He knows your end from the beginning. God doesn’t see you or your situation in its present state. He sees you as His finished creation. I John 3:2 says, “Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.”
Despite what you may think or what your circumstances may suggest, God has designed you for victory, purpose and destiny. You are a living word who was spoken by the great and only wise God. A divine creation, you’re a physical manifestation of a thought in the mind of God. In God’s eyes, you’re already what you’re in the process of becoming.
God uses process to get you to His appointed state. One of the ways He does this is by peeling away the layers of Satan’s lies, emotional turmoil, improper thinking, unmet needs and unresolved issues. You have God’s Word on it. Philippians 1:6 says, “Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ.” It’s a process of becoming in Christ. You’ve been called out so you can enter into all God has in store for you. It’s a grace-filled invitation to become what you’ve never been and do what you’ve never done before.
During this season, effectively managing your emotions is essential as God does what I call the great reveal. He’s going to release the treasure He deposited within you. Don’t allow the fear of becoming a better you to hinder your progress. Endeavor to be all God created you to be. There’s a stranger living within you who is being progressively revealed, progressively resurrected, and progressively restored. Allow the new you to emerge from the cocoon of your past. Let your situation be the inspiration for the motivation to maximize you. Walk in the assurance that God will complete the good work He has begun in you.
Until next time…Be blessed!
